Pine Ridge Outdoor Living

We hired Pine Ridge Outdoor Living for our patio project, and I can honestly say that choosing Pine Ridge—and especially working with Omar—was one of the best decisions we made. After getting five different estimates for our patio project, Omar immediately stood out from the other contractors. While others basically told me, “We can build whatever you want,” Omar actually listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then designed the space around my vision. He was the only contractor who truly understood what I wanted to achieve. I am someone who can have a difficult time making all of the little decisions that come with a project like this, and I really needed someone I could trust to guide me. Omar was that person. He offered ideas, made thoughtful recommendations, explained why he thought certain things would work best, and I quickly came to trust his judgment completely. I never once felt like he was steering me in the wrong direction or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. So many of the details that ended up making this patio extraordinary came from Omar’s ideas and recommendations—from the landscape lighting and border color, to the size and design of the landings and steps, to the placement of the hot tub so that it looks built in rather than like a hot tub simply sitting on the patio. He understood not only how I wanted the patio to look, but how I wanted it to feel and how we wanted to use the space. And then he delivered. Another thing that impressed me throughout the project was how involved and communicative Omar was. He kept me informed, paid attention to details, and clearly cared about getting everything right. When something unexpected came up, he didn’t just shrug it off—he talked through it, explained the options, and made sure I understood what was happening. Omar’s team deserves tremendous credit as well. I have honestly never seen a crew work as hard as these men did. Every day they accomplished an incredible amount of work, and they did it with care and attention to detail. They were professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. Watching the transformation of our space from day to day was remarkable. The finished patio exceeded my expectations by 150%. In fact, it is honestly far better than what I originally envisioned. This was a significant investment for us, but I never regretted choosing quality and experience over simply choosing the lowest price. I knew we had made the right decision when my 94-year-old mother came to see the finished patio. She is an extremely practical person and very careful with money, so I was especially interested to hear what she thought. After looking at the finished patio, she told me how beautiful it was and then simply said, “It was worth every penny.” Coming from her, that was one of the greatest compliments I could have received—and I couldn’t agree more. I also really appreciated that Omar went the extra mile with the hot tub. He arranged for a hot tub specialist to come out and spend time with us explaining how everything worked, testing the water, and making sure we understood how to operate and maintain it. That kind of follow-through says a lot about the way he runs his business. By the end of the project, I told Omar how much I appreciated everything he had done, and I truly meant it. I trusted him completely, and that trust was rewarded. If you’re looking for someone who will simply build what you tell them to build, there are plenty of contractors who can do that. If you’re looking for someone who will listen to your vision, use his expertise to improve upon it, guide you through the decisions, pay attention to the details, communicate throughout the entire project, and take pride in the finished product, I cannot recommend Omar highly enough. Five stars doesn’t come close. I honestly wish I could give Omar 100 stars instead of five. Thank you, Omar, for creating a patio that we absolutely love!
